Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all our clients, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment may be charged 100% of the service price. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the applicable cancellation fee may still apply. Please note that deposits or booking fees are non-refundable where applicable.
